I’m facing an issue with my O1 Pro subscription and I’m hoping someone can help. The model I’ve been using seems to have changed recently, and it’s no longer performing as expected. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but the problem persists, and I’m finding it hard to continue with my work under these conditions.

Since I no longer feel I’m getting the service I paid for, I’d like to request a refund. Can anyone guide me through the process of requesting a refund for O1 Pro?
