I have verified a domain, but now what? How can I publish that custom GPT to my domain? Cannot find anything regarding that.

I think you’re slightly mistaken.
Builder profile clearly is a Beta in run up to the GPT Store.
It by no means will be able to host your GPT, atleast not yet.
The TXT records you added to verify are for OpenAI to know you own the domain. In no way for OpenAI to transfer or stream the GPT to your domain.

GPT Store uses your domain to verify.
So it’s not about hosting on your domain but showing your domain in the GPT info.
