How to get the Review feedback

We submitted the app for review around 10 days ago. Today app status has been changed from review to draft.

We have not received any feedback either through email or on the App dashboard. I am wondering what might be the root cause for that, and if OpenAI is requesting any correction than why have we not received any email or feedback?

Does anyone has the similar issue?

Hey @Mohammad_Qureshi, I can see why this is confusing. The only way to get an answer on this is through support. Please email support@openai.com

with your Submission Case ID, app name, and your developer email or org ID, and they’ll take a look from their side.
