App Review process timelines for ChatGPT App Store

Hi OpenAI Team,

We had submitted our app for review on 1st April 2026, We received an acknowledgement email as soon as we submitted at that time (screenshot attached).

But the App is still under “Review” state since about ~14 days now.

Can you please help us understand the timeline for the review process so we can publish and update our apps accordingly.
I am asking this because usually for mobile apps it takes about ~1-2 days for review and approval process so we can usually release features/bugfixes much faster.

Been through it a few times now. It’s very slow and much slower than say the Apple App Store. 30 days or more is not uncommon. Good luck!

I have had apps in review for 90 days.

Review times can vary right now since the Apps SDK and app directory are still in beta, and the process is still evolving.

In some cases, reviews may take longer than expected. If your app has been in review for a while, the team will reach out as soon as there’s an update.
