How to disclaim to the user about the data being used in an app built on top of the gpt api?

Hi,
I am building an app that uses gpt 3.5 for chatting capabilities,
My question is, how do i let the user know in the disclaimer about the way openai uses his conversations?
I also need to fill out apple’s and google’s data privacy form, where can i get the exact
info i need to fill it correctly?

The API does not use data for training, you can find this at API data usage policies
