How to contact billing / accounting?

Hi,

Tried every way on the OpenAI website and I cannot find a way to contact support about billing.
We bought ChatGPT Teams because I was hoping it would be the right plan for our use case but it isn’t.
I don’t understand in which world they tough it would be ok for a “member” to be able to invite Teams members that get charged even without any admin or Owner approval. Sounds crazy to me…

We would like a refund and get back to ChatGPT+ but we cannot find a way to contact support to ask this.

Hey there! We just ran into the same issue about the lack of invitation protection with Teams.

Do you have any updates on this? I think we need to request a refund as well unless the invitation protection feature is imminent.
