How long does it take to renovate the billing request?

The concept of “tiers” exists within the OpenAI API.

First, please check your current tier.
Then, make sure you are not exceeding the limit according to that tier.

In some cases, exceptions might be accepted.

The reason why the api returned me the message’You exceeded…’ is caused by the lack in paying the bill for more credits. So it seems like I have to wait for the response of the backend.
