I paid a bill, but system return "You've reached your usage limit. "

I paid a bill of $30 on December 1, 2023, and have set the usage limit to $100. However, whenever I call the API today, the system consistently returns this error. How can I resolve this issue?

I have already made the payment earlier.

For some reason, tweaking and saving the monthly limits you set can make some accounts that can’t spend return to full function.

The actual payment, if just made, may be delayed in taking effect until it gets processed in the backend. Consider that this is also when monthly bills start getting processed to credit card to compete with adding credits with OpenAI’s payment processor.
