How long does it take to get approved after you applying for OpenAI developer plugins?
And what preparations or information should you have in place before receiving approval? In other words, what tasks need to be completed before starting the actual work?

There is no fixed period, new developers are granted access in batches, there is usually an announcement in the announcements category when this happens.
