How can I download ChatGPT invoices?

What specific issue are you facing?

Open ChatGPT, from Top Right click ‘My Plan’, then click on ‘Manage my subscription’. Then Scroll down to ‘Invoice history’ and select the month for which you want to download the Invoice and then click either ‘Download Invoice’ or ‘Download receipt’.

If you know this, please share the details of the issue.

If you open it up on desktop there will be a text link saying “manage my subscription” at the very bottom of the “plan-box”

Hello I am havign issues opening an old invoice I have 2 in my billing history but the platform doesnt allow me to open the second. If I click on the box its not working

Hi, I have a free account now but I used to have a paid one but I don’t have the ‘My Plan’ or ‘Manage My Subscription’ link discussed in this thread. How do I get my old invoices?

FYI, I got the email to renew plan from OpenAI, click the button showing the list of historical transactions for the ChatGPT Plus.

Hacky method but it works to get old invoices:
Step 1: Click on email.

Step 2: Download from stripe page

Those instructions from Mr Friday just dont work. There is no “MyPlan”. It is a terrible waste of time to have to hunt around just to get a monthly invoice which has not been received.

quoting my post which was 4 months ago? Goto ChatGPT > View Plans (bottom left) > Under your plan which you pay for, click ’ Manage my subscription’. > go down and you’ll see Invoice history. You can download any invoice from there.

I would recommend to look around before posting false statements.

MR Friday’s instructions work well. Thank you. I maintain invoices should be easy to find from a vendor site and these invoices are not easy to find. Vendors have a responsibility to make their invoices easily accessible in my view and software designers need to give higher priority to making Invoice buttons obvious and not dependent on following through a string of instructions in small type tucked away in a succession of web pages.
