What specific issue are you facing?
Open ChatGPT, from Top Right click âMy Planâ, then click on âManage my subscriptionâ. Then Scroll down to âInvoice historyâ and select the month for which you want to download the Invoice and then click either âDownload Invoiceâ or âDownload receiptâ.
If you know this, please share the details of the issue.

If you open it up on desktop there will be a text link saying âmanage my subscriptionâ at the very bottom of the âplan-boxâ
Hello I am havign issues opening an old invoice I have 2 in my billing history but the platform doesnt allow me to open the second. If I click on the box its not working
I would never have spotted that if it wasnât for this post.
Would be good if it was a bit more obvious!

Hi, I have a free account now but I used to have a paid one but I donât have the âMy Planâ or âManage My Subscriptionâ link discussed in this thread. How do I get my old invoices?
I have the same problem. I canât get my old invoices.
FYI, I got the email to renew plan from OpenAI, click the button showing the list of historical transactions for the ChatGPT Plus.
Hacky method but it works to get old invoices:
Step 1: Click on email.
Step 2: Download from stripe page
I have the same problem. I am unable to see my invoices and tried all the above recommendations with 0 results.
