I’m trying to figure out why I don’t have the free $5 credit for a new account when I found out I do not have a new account. But I also have never used OpenAI nor do I remember making an account. My usage is blank and I am just wanting to know if I can see when I made my account, I cannot see the email I recieved when the account was made I am 100% sure it was deleted long ago. Is there anything that can be done?

No, credits expired after about three months from account creation and OpenAI has stopped giving free credits altogether.
