I applied for them on the 21st of September and this is the 15th of November. How long is this supposed to take typically?

Could you please look into this issue and update me on the status of my credits? I am eager to begin utilizing the API, and this delay is hindering my ability to proceed with my projects.

Yes, I applied through the Microsoft for startups portal.

I know someone who got theirs within 46 days. Mine has already crossed 55 days

Hi everyone,

I was recently approved for the Microsoft Startup Founders Hub program and created my Azure account as required. However, I don’t see the $2500 OpenAI credits promised with the program listed anywhere in my Founders Hub account.

I’ve also set up my OpenAI project, but the credits still aren’t showing.

Has anyone else faced this issue? How can I get these credits activated?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have reviewed the support request and understand that you want to redeem Open AI benefit

Please be aware that OpenAI benefits are not available anymore in the program, Partner benefits are subject to change, and we continuously evaluate our portfolio to offer maximum value to our in-program startups. We encourage you to explore the many other partner offers available.

Additionally, you can still utilize the Azure OpenAI benefit with your Azure sponsorship credits.

They should at least be kind enough to give those that applied before the benefit ended.

It’s not fair to us. At all!

If we’d known we wouldn’t have applied for them, but they left the site up to deceive more people and have them apply for nonexistent credits :person_facepalming::broken_heart:
