I got the same issue and emailed @OpenAI_Support but the support just ask me to wait and still cannot fix the issue after a month. I don’t know how to use those new model as I have been tier4 user for a long time. I cannot access o3 and new image model and really make me frustrated as a supporter for OpenAI.
