I recently subscribed to the ChatGPT Pro plan ($200/month) and attempted to create a Sora account. However, I received the following error message:
“Sora account not created. We can’t create your account due to our Terms of Use.”
I am unsure why this is happening as I believe I am in compliance with OpenAI’s Terms of Use. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
And why is SORA not available in Greece?

It has been several weeks since I repeatedly contacted OpenAI, but they still haven’t provided any explanation as to why I, a Plus member in the USA who fully complies with all terms of use, am unable to create an account. Who else can I reach out to for assistance besides OpenAI support? Who can help me resolve this issue?
i can’t use it either!! i upgraded my plan just to enjoy Sora!! pls solve this as soon as possible
i found out that! this is because i am 15. i tried with my father’s account and succeeded! but why are not the people who are under 18 allowed to use it!
