Help! DALL-E 2 outpainting is broken (over $1000 of credits at stake)

I am unable to use DALL-E 2 on labs.openai..com for outpainting. The outpainting UI always “Your task failed. Sorry about that! Please try again.” (see screenshot) I tried from two different computers, and with different input images.

I spent $1000 to stockpile over 10,000 credits. Please help me figure this out, as I am desperate to use these credits before they expire May 1st. I will be so devastated if they expire before I’m able to use them.

Doesn’t say anything about just being “busted” in that manner, despite “fixed”.
