I tried using it for the first time and it says I used all my credits? I am not sure why it is not working. It won’t let me do anything. I have not even gotten to use it once. I tried.
Same here. Received an email inviting me to try out the API today (28th April) and apparently my credits expired in February! hahaha
I’ve never even had access until today and the $18 of free credits had already expired.
The same for me. Just received an invite but can’t use for free trial nor for money. Error " You’ve reached your usage limit. If you have further questions, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
I will say in general, Openai’s credit system is VERY flawed. For instance, DALL-E, sometimes I will have to use all my monthly credits and still not get the picture I want. It’s the reason why I never would buy credits.
