Are there any other builders here who regularly check how their GPTs show up in search results?
I’ve been monitoring my own GPT daily to see how it ranks for specific keywords.
We all know that the GPT title has a big impact on search visibility,
but I’ve also noticed that the number of chats seems to play a role.
That said—over the past 2–3 weeks,
I’ve been seeing brand new GPTs (with almost no usage) ranking near the top.
Meanwhile, my GPT, which used to stay in the top 10 for a month,
has pretty much disappeared from the rankings.
For context, my SEO check keywords are:
beauty, copy, copywriting, marketing.
It used to show up consistently, but now? Not so much.
I’m curious if others have seen a similar pattern lately.
And if anyone has tips or patterns they’ve noticed for improving GPT discoverability in the Explore tab,
I’d really appreciate hearing them!
