It’s not “problem” they plan to resolve, they just get new users and limit old ones.
I also purchased yesterday and ran into issues shortly afterwards. I have been trying resolve the “We’re currently processing too many requests. Please try again later.” issue all morning.
UPDATE
The GPT-4 based chat is now working for me. I don’t believe I changed anything on my end. This makes me think that this isn’t a shadow ban but maybe some load shedding measure.
Just tried myself one query and it worked straight away
GPT 4 broken for me. Just flashing black square. GPT 3.5 no issue.
April 5th Update: Seem to be resolved now. Had a popup saying something along the lines of users are reporting errors with GPT4 .
