GPT no longer adding or recalling from memory

Is anyone having issue with memory at the moment?
Location UK, Account type Teams.

Since the beginning of this week GPT has is no longer adding / recalling anything from memory when on text chat. Personalisation is still in the settings and there is memory entries visible. The only times it works is when in a voice conversation. The issue persists when switching platforms and devices.

Just tested on my partners account, she has the same problem.

Iā€™m in the UK and have the same problem. Works if I use a VPN to make it look like Iā€™m in the US.

Same issue on Win11, MacOS, and Android whether using different browsers or chatgpt apps.

Mine too cant access mem9ries or store new ones 14 emails to support including diagnostic report
