I have tried many times to let my Gpt to remember what I said and have everything set, but the memory still can’t update, and it doesn’t say"memory updated"
The Memory function works perfectly on my phone, but it doesn’t work on my PC, no matter I use Chatgpt4 or 4o, I really dont know why, any one who has the same problem?

Yep. Suddenly having this issue today. Tried many different things. Switching conversations, various phrasing, telling it to double check, deleting extraneous memories… Won’t do anything I ask it to regarding memories via text. This appears to be a sudden and new problem for me as of today.
Same here, all of a sudden it stopped working.
