Hello,
My agent is no longer able to reference ‘Knowledge’ from uploaded files and whenever I try adding or removing a file I only see ‘updates pending’. When I click ‘Update’ and then review the Agent settings none of my new knowledge or system instructions have been saved.
This is a wide spread issue as indicated by the plethora of Reddit posts:
Is there a fix being worked on that will resolve this issue? It is affecting agent usage at my organization.
