GPT 4o shows up but it’s still gpt-4

I see the icon for GPT 4o but when I try to start a conversation with it, I still see the old GPT for interface. complete with long pauses and no image options.

I’ve got the same bug, tried reinstalling the app but it didn’t work.

Same here. But it actually says error at the top when i click it. Still acts as ChatGTP 4
