Hello, I’m currently experiencing a serious issue with the memory feature in ChatGPT Plus (GPT-4). Here’s a detailed explanation of the problem:
Issue Description:
- Memory is full: I was in the process of deleting and organizing my memories, but suddenly, no new data is being saved.
- Even when I attempt to add 10, 100, or more entries, only 3 memories are being stored, and nothing beyond that.
- I am unable to store any more memories, which is causing significant issues for me.
Impact:
- This issue has caused serious disruption to my use of ChatGPT, as I rely on memory to store personalized information.
- The problem is ongoing, and despite trying over 10 potential solutions, I haven’t been able to fix it yet.
