same here…gpt-4 doesn’t work now for more than 48h…!!

This seems unlikely, but isn’t impossible. Perhaps they asked ChatGPT to help fix the errors, and something went wrong with the new build?

Hi logan, your support team is not that great regarding the ChatGPT issues. Hence why everyone seems to have started posted on the forums.
Managed to log back in but ChatGPT-4 is still in pause mode.

Hi, the link you provided does not include any way of contacting with support. I tried it multiple times I either have no way of messaging support at all or I’m allowed to send 3 different prewritten messages to a chatbot which is obviously unable to solve the issue. So I’m guessing this is partly the reason this major malfunction went unnoticed, because at the same time we have trouble with gpt-4 and the support chat.
