I think that we are on our own. OpenAI support is non existant. They made billion dollar company so fast that they dont know how to handle all the problems. I payed for PLUS, and its still showing I am on free plan. I send msg here, on mail, on twitter but no help. Anyone know is there any real support channel?

This has been happening consistently for me since Saturday morning. What bothers me is that there is 0 communication from the company regarding the issue. If it was a free service, I wouldn’t care but if you’re taking money from people to provide access to the GPT4 model, then at a bare minimum you should should have standard communication channels where they be forum posts, tweets, blogs etc. that let your users know that there is service degradation, that a model is down, that you’re working on the issue, that you know there even is an issue!

We all understand that the model won’t work 24/7 but it’s not acceptable to have that hapen while accepting money for it’s use AND complete radio silence.

Same issue here, GPT-4 not responding since Sunday morning. Payed for GPT plus and I am unable to use the service. No response from support

exactly, I understand this is a research preview but we are paying for the service. In addition to all that, the help Centre is realllllllly bad. Absolutely no form of contact, like emails still exist man.

Same here. I mean, you do have a really great product and we are lucky enough to use it, but if you are charging us for access, at leat provide us with some information on the problem, starting with acknowledging there is a problem.

Same problem here for the last 2+ days. Any input just results in “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”

I have contacted them as suggested, but no response. Feels bad to be paying for the free service.

I think found the resource of the problem. Problem is about openai pricing mechanism. System recognize me as a trial user, but i am not, it’s charged me 20$ just 3 day ago. But now my biling history and credit card info are lost.

I think GPT-4 not answering to us because of that.

Diagnostic scenario:
1 Logout and re-login to ChatGPT interface.
2 Go to your profile page. Check your payment info and biling history.
3 Check your user type.

If that is the problem it should be a simple resolve. I was thinking maybe the server can not handle the drastic increasing user.

I checked my user interface, it says ChatGPT Plus USD 20$/Mo

I don’t know, but i am very surprized. I hope it’s just a regular problem and it’s not a kind of hacking issue.

It’s not the case. Chat GPT charged me for 20$ yesterday successfully

Same here. GPT-3.5 works fine with the limited quality it’s known for. GPT-4 is not responding since a day. All changes in browser, device or VPN didn’t change.
Wasted hours now and feel like an idiot for paying the “service”. Guess I’m not the only one.
Communication and customer care from the multibillion company is abyssal.

My payment method there. However, no invoces. But I think it’s because i did not communicate with GPT via API, only web interface.

if checked in the account then billing is fine… on your link it also shows me as free trial… how to fix that?

Definitely not billing related paid back on 22nd march, and it’s only just stopped responding today

same, shows me as trial. Seems like even the people who have had it for a while are having problems cause of the billing and stuff. Mine was working as well.
