I got You’ve hit your usage limit. Upgrade to Plus to continue using Codex or try again at Jul 3rd.

But I am a Plus user. I have checked that I have 99% remaining quota. I have just upgraded to plus like 30 minutes before and it was fine, but now suddenly cannot use it

Resolved by log out and quit codex app and then log in again.
