Upgraded to Pro Plan - Codex Usage limits remain like Plus account

Hello,

I have just upgraded like an 30 minutes ago my Open AI account to Pro from Plus. All looked fine in ChatGPT but when I open my Codex all the usage limit stays the still same. Its very frustrating.

It should not be the case and my limit allowance should be raised but its not.

  • tried login/logout
  • tried re-install the Codex app
  • tried restart my Mac OS running latest OS
  • using same email and same personal workspace.

nothing helped unfortunately.

Anyone idea how to get this resolved from any past experience?

Just following up on this - are you still seeing the same limits in Codex after upgrading to Pro?

If the issue is still happening, it would be best to reach out to OpenAI Support so they can check your subscription and usage limits on the account side.
