Google Drive Synced Connector - Not able to chat

Hey people,

I’m an admin (with a different email) on a ChatGPT Teams workspace, and I have enabled the Google Drive synced connector for chats, but restricted user access to admins only. There are three admins in total including me and the rest of the two are able to chat with the Google Drive connector. It is worth noting that the two admins are also the owners of the workspace.

For some reason I’m not able to connect the Google Drive connector for chats but able to do so for Deep Research and File Upload. I see the following message come up when trying to enable the connector for chats:

What exactly is the issue here? Is there a way this can be resolved?
