ChatGPT Duplicate Billing Issue, no longer have access to plus

On my ChatGPT account it says I have not gotten an invoice for the month of June 2024. However when I look at my credit card statement it clearly indicates OpenAI charged $20 to my card on June 10th 2024 and is now trying to do another charge on June 13th. But because ChatGPT doesn’t think it charged me it no longer allows me to access the plus subscription. PLEASE HELP. I’ve tried all the customer support bots and it’s not helping me. Why would I pay for a service if you take my money and don’t give me the service…
