Get "Oops, an error occurred!" when trying to access GPTs

As mentioned in the title, i get an error message ( “Oops, an error occurred!”) when I try to access any of my GPTs. It was fine a few hours ago.

The default chat works, but I spent a lot of time fiddling with my GPTs to get the responses I like.

I am getting the same message - most are from GPTs that I created.

I am experiencing the same issue.

I’ve tried all the typical troubleshooting (clearing cache, using private/incognito tab, trying different computers and different browsers, etc.).

Regular ChatGPT is working fine, it’s only my custom GPTs that keep giving me the error.

I also tried creating new GPTs to see if it was just my “old” ones, but the news ones don’t work either, including duplicated versions I tried creating as well.

I finally tried using the app on my Android phone, which works fine, so its an issue on my Windows 10 desktop.

To get around the issue currently, I started a conversation with my custom GPT from my phone app, and once the conversation exists, I can continue the convo on my desktop. I just cant start a convo from my desktop browsers.

P.S. I also tried using other peoples GPTs from the GPT Store, all working fine. Its just my own GPTs I can’t use.

Update: A fix has been rolled out for this issue. Custom GPTs should be accessible now.

I’m having this issue on Androind and it works fine on my macbook. But I really need access from mobile.

I just just tried “forgot password”. Got a new pw and it works again!
