Hi there, you can read our terms surrounding GDPR in the terms of use here, including:

You must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the APIs and the data accessed through the APIs and your Application, including without limitation laws related to the privacy of personally identifiable information (" Privacy Laws “), such as the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (” GDPR “) and the California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199 (” CCPA "). Your Application must include your own user agreement and privacy policy, which are prominently located where users download or access your Application and accurately disclose to users how and what personal information you collect, use, store and share through your Application. If you are governed by the GDPR or CCPA and will be using OpenAI for the processing of “personal data” as defined in the GDPR or “Personal Information” as defined in the CCPA, you may wish to execute our GDPR / CCPA Data Processing Agreement.
