For me, when I uploaded a txt file with the ANSI encoded selected, it didn’t upload.
I re-saved the file with the UTF-8 encoding, and it uploaded.
Thankfully I’m a resourceful fella and I figured out the solution, but the average user will give up and cancel their membership, and I don’t blame them.
As a side note, I’m disappointed with the lack of responsiveness to correct these kinds of bugs, in favor of OpenAI’s focus on new features. What is the point of new features if we can’t use the old features?

I was trying to upload an image to GPT4 and it wasn’t working. I saw one user on another thread say they just refreshed their web browser and that fixed the issue for them. Well I tried that and it worked ONCE. I can’t get it work again. So likely it’s a bug related to caching or cookies or something? Good luck everyone lol
