Hello, for a week now I can no longer use custom GPTs because they can no longer read the files, I mainly use analyst articles and therefore put scientific articles but it doesn’t work, it tells me to put the file back when it is already in place, I tried on my phone and on my computer it’s the same thing whereas if jutli gpt chat normal it works
I just tried again today and it can read files with custom GPTs but it forces me to use o3 mini

There is a huge problem on custom GPTs, I posted here 33 days ago, but not solved yet:
The custom GPT you shared, its “Code Interpreter & Data Analysis” tool is disable.
Probably the owner of GPT does not know it like other GPT builders.
It should look like that:
But its Code Interpreter & Data Analysis tool is not active.
But now, there is also another problem.
For example, my GPT’s all capabilities are checked/enable in editor window:
And there is new feature shows top right side:
“Last edited Feb 21 Unpublished changes”
On the contrary, I did not edit even only a single character, “NULL”.
But when you look at on user interface, it shows only Code Interpreter & Data Analysis tool is enable, but all tools should be enable.
If you can reach the owner of the GPT, you can inform them to fix on their end. Otherwise, OpenAI did not fix it, and long time past.
Maybe they are fixing, but there is no ETA, I did not see.
Also, forcing to use o3-mini model is another bug I think because:
Custom GPT is powered by GPT-4o.
