I have the same issue with my Pro account any updates or steps to follow in cases like this, the error message is not really helpful
I open a new new window , my avatar was not in my profile so I signed out from that half baked session and sign in again and it working

logged on, temporary only error chat, all previous sessions gone. “Failed to load subscription: Something went wrong.” Incognito, new window, new browser, etc, same symptoms.

I have the same problem for several days now. Tried incognito mode, different browser, different computer, but nothing helped. Wrote to OpenAI support, they responded and asked me to sent a video, which I did, then nothing for several days. Pretty poor support.
Anyone had any more luck solving this problem on their own?
For me it happens when I sing in from 3 devices in a short time, ofr inta my mac, phone and windows. What have work for me is to signout from all and then sign in again
So a verified solution - Go to settings - Security - Logout of all devices - Login Again , worked for me ! I think the same happens because we logged in from multiple devices.
