ChatGPT Not working with My Premium account

I’m a premium user, and today ChatGPT stopped working on all devices while signed into my account. Initially, I thought the issue might be related to my network, but I’ve tested it on different networks and even used cellular data on my phone, with no change. My friends’ accounts are working fine, so I’ve narrowed it down to my account.

Here’s the issue: when I’m signed in, ChatGPT doesn’t respond and just times out. However, if I sign out, it starts working again. As soon as I sign back in, the problem reoccurs. I can confirm 100% this is account/profile related. How do I get urgent support as a paid customer.

There is currently experiencing an issue with high error rates on ChatGPT, the API, and Sora. OpenAI team is currently fixing and will post an update as soon as they are able.

Thanks, but my firend not affected so I just want to know if this High error rate issue is related to my issue not something else, is anyone else expreiencing this issue, whereby, timing out when logged in?

Yes, it is fixing partially.

At my home we have two subscriptions, one is fixed but another still has problem.
