I get an error message after having inserted my credit card detail. It seem that it is not able to process my payment.

I’ve experienced something similar last week.
Try separating the steps, i.e. first update your payment details first under https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/billing/payment-methods. Once the new payment method has been successfully saved, proceed to add the funds.
It seems that currently there is some bug that prevents users from adding a new payment method and the new credits in a single step.

I have ben able to saved the billing method I was selected, cleaning up caches, and refreshing browser. That helped.
