Since early late October and early November 2025, my vector-store uploads complete successfully (files show “Ready” under Storage → Files), but today when i have tried uploading a new file and attaching it to a vector store, it leaves it empty (0 KB, no files listed).
I’ve tested with .txt and .pdf under 10 MB, recreated stores, and tried multiple accounts, same result.
Is this a known backend issue, or has the ingestion process changed?
