When I try to enter the card detail it keeps sending this error “You’ve exceeded the 300 request(s) every 360 minute(s) rate limit, please slow down and try again.“ even with the new account that I created, is there any solution?
Hopefully you’ve gotten your payment to go through.
The “please slow down” errors come from OpenAI’s payment processor Stripe, and are messages to OpenAI over the API that they are doing something wrong that must be corrected.
