Hello, the chat completion api was working fine and then overnight I get this error: Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website. But I haven’t changed anything and I still have credit.

Do you have a credit card added to your account?

Yes of course, when we switched from May to June, it stopped working. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it. It used to work fine, I haven’t changed a thing
