I’ve been using the Oai service well for the past few months, then I updated the card method to change the card address and cleared the old one. Since then, it just keeps saying, “Failed to generate response: OpenAl request failed (429): Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website.” and I can’t use the service. It’s almost the end of the month, and I’m worried about missing my August payment. I’d like to get my service back up and running as soon as possible, can you tell me how?

For account related issues please use OpenAI Help Centre in the bottom right corner is a message icon. click the icon and enter your issue, the bot will take your details and a member of the account support team will get back to you, it may take several weeks due to the number of people currently using the system.
