Hi,
I’ve been using Chatgpt for a few weeks now and it’s a wonderful tool. Unfortunately today it stopped working and gives this message:
“Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website.”
I’ve updated my card and signed up to the monthly subscription but it still displays the same message.
Any thoughts?
