We are using open AI model gpt-3.5-turbo since one month so right it not working and giving error:Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website.

Please suggest what we can do.

Most probably the credit card transaction was denied.

As to why, there are many possibilities.

If you think your credit card info is correct and still valid/not expired, you can manually click the unpaid Invoice from Account->Billing->Billing History.
