How come that this randomly stops working? Tried to analyze simple xlsx file. Constant daily issue that sometimes it reads files sometimes it doesnt regardless of format.

Having this issue now and it’s so annoying! It will not read any files. Tried clearing cache and logging out and back in. Tried multiple browsers. Multiple accounts. Nothing works.

Super annoying.
Been working for about a dozen uploads of .csv & Excel files… and now this:
“I’m still unable to access the files due to a technical issue. If possible, you might try compressing both files into a new zip folder and re-uploading, or try using a different format for one of the files. I’ll process them as soon as they’re accessible.”
Tried zipping and file formats, logging out, new browser etc. = no change.
So frustrating to be paying for this.
