Hi all,
I am a Plus user of ChatGPT, and for the past two weeks, I have been receiving the following error message:
“An error occurred. Either the engine you requested does not exist or there was another issue processing your request. If this issue persists, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”
I noticed a similar issue was mentioned in a thread from June of this year, where it was stated that OpenAI’s team was aware of the problem, but no updates have been provided since then.
Could anyone let me know if they have found a solution to this issue? I’ve tried navigating the help center, but I found it challenging and couldn’t locate an answer. Interestingly, when I am not logged into my account, ChatGPT seems to work properly, which makes me think the issue might be related to my account.
If anyone has had a similar experience or can offer assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.
