Hello, I’m having troubles attaching files to vector stores in the last hour or so. Also I see a new “skills” tab appeared in the storage section of the platform. Is there any update going on that could cause issues with adding file to vector stores through APIs?

A skill is a file or file package, so it makes sense it would be located under storage.
OpenAI has continued to have persistent issues for weeks with vector stores and failures in attaching files in a timely manner, to where it also makes sense that the recommendation must be to not base a customer-facing product or your reputation on it.
