Hello OpenAI Community,
I’ve recently encountered an issue where I receive the following error message across all models (GPT, Whisper, etc.) regardless of whether I’m using the Playground or the API in my application: “You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs.”
This is puzzling as my usage of OpenAI’s services has been minimal over the past few months, and everything was working fine until today. Now, I’m consistently facing this error with every attempt to use the models.
My payment information is up to date, and I’ve also added $6 in prepaid funds to my account, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Could there be an error in the quota tracking or billing system? Any advice on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
