Does support trough chatbot work?

I try to contact support for the verification e-mail problem, which means i can’t access the platform and i’m forced to use the chatbot, but does it work? I don’t see any status of a ticket that has being created or anything alike but the bot tells that there should be a ticket created and the user should be able to see it.

Are you talking about ChatGPT or https://help.openai.com?

Both “help” in the platform site, and the chat icon to send messages at the lower-right of the help page site will take you to support.

The difference is, without logging in, you’ll need to provide as much personal details as possible, ideally including the organization ID.

I mean from the https://platform.openai.com.
From the bot “Thanks! Now please submit the ticket with additional information we should know about for your login issue.
You will be able to see the status of the ticket once it’s created.”

Never seen the ticket created or any notification about it.

(I added extra clarification but still no indication of “a ticket”)
