Hello everyone, here’s the problem I’m having :
I load my files into the knowledge base, but once I update the changes and refresh the GPT page, they are no longer present. I realized that by creating a new custom GPT, the problem was not there. I know I can duplicate my GPT to make a new one but it bothers me because I share them with several people via a link…
I’ve tried from several devices or browsers, same problem.
Does anyone have a solution to the problem?
Waiting for your returns
Hi, welcome to the community!
When you update your custom GPT, don’t refresh page, just close the tab, then open ChatGPT in a new tab, and check your GPT’s files.
Also, check if your GPT is still on edit mode on any other browsers or any other tab on same browser because they may effect your update.

I asked the question on several forums. I finally deleted my two custom GPTs (I duplicated them before) since I couldn’t find any answer to my problem… If someone finds the answer, let them post it here, it might be useful for other people.
Thanks for the answer, yes I tried several methods but it doesn’t change anything. Precisely after updating my gpt, I made sure to continue the process “see GPT” manually return to the configuration interface. this does not change anything… But thank you very much for your reply
When I deleted my gpt, an error message was “error: impossible to delete the gpt” but in the end they were deleted
