Can somebody say me, do I have valid credits or not? Trying to query API, I get error “OpenAI returned an error that you exceeded your quota.”
There was a change recently where some accounts move from Pay at End of the Month to pre-purchase credits.
The “no credit grants found” part indicates no purchase (and no free trial credits were received by the organization.)
Billing Overview is where you will see your current credit balance, and be able to add a payment method and purchase credits.
You also should make sure the correct organization has been chosen. At lower-left, when clicking on your name, you may see that you can select between two different orgs, as OpenAI added a “personal” organization to many accounts (to increase the confusion…)
