Issues with prepaid credits
I added 5$ credit, the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but the billing Pay as you go Credit balance $0.00 web page, since 20 Nov. 2024, has not been fixed.
Is there anyone who can help me?

Adding a card as payment method to an organization may cause a $5 authorization on the card to test it, that may be misinterpreted as being charged. However, this will be reversed after a few days of never being actually charged or settled.
You have to deliberately go through the steps of purchasing a credit amount that you specify, and you can make it something like $5.22 so you recognize the charge.
Look on this page. On the right side, your credit purchase amounts will be shown with the remaining balance of each as a horizontal bar graph:
